Asset tagging
Seareach takes asset tagging seriously and understands users’ requirements in ensuring that valuable IT and office equipment is properly marked.
If your tagging solution involves barcodes and/or sequential numbering, you are able to locate your equipment quickly and efficiently through the use of an asset register or computerised list.
You simply scan the bar-code or manually enter the item number you are looking for and your database can provide all the information you need to hand. This may be warranty expiry date, memory type loaded, operating system, passwords, ... this list is endless.
Our tag's can be used on lap tops, netbooks, TFT monitors, base units, printers, scanners and other IT equipment for auditing and keeping track of your existing equipment.
Asset tagging is becoming more important in the workplace, office environments, manufacturing plants and education sectors such as primary schools and colleges.
Our tags are available in two guises, permanent white – which is suitable for permanently tagging IT and office equipment - with a specially formulated adhesive that cures within 2 to 24 hours, or a silver VOID material that is used for tamper evidence, such as pc cases and memory hinges.
You need to ensure that the surface you are applying the tags are free of any oil deposits, dirt and are dry. The labels are suitable for all types of surfaces that will adhere well to the textured surface of computer cases and printers.
